The NOVA Science Day 2019 has the goal of presenting and promoting the research hosted by NOVA University Lisbon. This second session is dedicated to the talent of researchers awarded with grants by the European Research Council (ERC).

Maria de Lurdes Rosa is one of the researchers invited to participate, she has received the first Consolidator Grant in the field of ​​History attributed by ERC to a Portuguese researcher to coordinate the “VINCULUM. Entailing Perpetuity: Family, Power, Identity. The Social Agency of a Corporate Body (Southern Europe, 14th-17th Centuries)”.

This special event will take place at NOVA’s Rectorate with the attendance of the President of the ERC, Jean-Pierre Bourguignon, the Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education, Manuel Heitor, and the European Commissioner for Research, Science and Innovation, Carlos Moedas.
