The school contest “Cria Vínculos Com A História”, promoted by the VINCULUM project, was highlighted on the website of the Academia das Ciências de Lisboa (Lisbon Academy of Sciences), which has been collaborating, along with the Associação de Professores de História – APH (History Teachers Association) in this iniciative.

The news state that the contest “demonstrates a solid commitment to enriching historical knowledge in classrooms”, thus focusing on bringing students closer to their Local History and to Archival Studies, while fostering their interest in historical research through the study of regional entailments. This process has been monitored by members of the VINCULUM project.

The results achieved by the students will be published on the project’s website and presented by the teachers in a short course session to be held at FCSH during 2024, organized by VINCULUM and APH.
